What you need

• Your smartcard or IUC number.
• The correct package for your decoder.
• Enough money in your wallet.

Steps

1. Pick your provider (DStv, GOtv or StarTimes).
2. Enter your smartcard number and confirm the name shown.
3. Choose the package you want.
4. Pay and wait for the confirmation.

If the decoder does not refresh

• Leave the decoder on for a few minutes.
• Check that the package you paid for matches your decoder.
• Switch the decoder off and on again.
• If it still has not updated, keep your payment reference and contact support.
